1. Where do you ship?
    A* We deliver to more than 150 countries around the planet. We'd deliver to outer space, but delivery takes light years, compared to Earth.
Items are delivered by DHL directly to your front door. Delivery is normally within 2 to 8 days

2. What is your shipping Timing & Cost?

• Delivery WITHIN UAE: All orders within the UAE are shipped, free of charge, via DHL. Orders are sent out usually, the following business day, and will typically be delivered on that same day.
• Shipping INTERNATIONAL: All international orders are delivered, by DHL, by 3-5 days depending on the country and local customs procedure. Items usually ship by next business day and have a transit time of approximately 4-6 business days, depending on city. Kindly refer to the table below to find out the time for delivery.

We do not process orders over the weekend, so orders placed on Friday will not usually ship until Monday.

3. Are Taxes & Duties included on International orders?  A* Shipments outside of the UAE may be subject to import Duties & Taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser. MISS CHAT*Z does not collect customs & taxes. Furthermore, it cannot predict what your particular charges may be as it differs in each country. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Upon arrival in the destination country, you will be contacted by your local customs bureau to advice of the customs cost.

4. When will I receive my order? A* Items usually ship by next business day and have a transit time of approximately 4-6 business days.

5. How do I track my order? A* Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, that can be used to track the status of your package at http://www.dhl.co.ae/en.html
